DOCTOR OF OPTOMETRY

Jonelle J. Knapp received a B.S. in human nutrition in 2000 and her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2004 from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. Knapp continued her optometric training as a resident at the Erdey Searcy Eye Group from 2004 to 2005. During her residency, she focused on post-operative cataract care, glaucoma management, and diseases of the cornea and anterior segment of the eye.

In addition to working as a staff optometrist for the Erdey Searcy Eye Group, she serves as the Optometry Clinic Chief in the Ohio Air National Guard at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base. Dr. Knapp is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association.
